The concept for this apartment was to create a contemporary dwelling in the heart of the city. The polished overlit surfaces supplemented the client’s image. The entrance foyer is part of a common space floating around the kitchen and into the living room. This fluidity of space is strengthened by
the kitchen structure. Its high part is divided into four separate volumes facing each other. The kitchen island is surrounded by a gypsum tracery its ornament reminding of a wallpaper and visualizing the floating of spaces between the different functional areas.
